Staring out her window, she watched him lean against his tree. His carefree expression was visible, even from her position on her balcony. His body language simply had it clearly visible. She smiled. Not a completely content smile, but a smile that just slightly pulled at her emotions. Still smiling, she smirked. Thinking back she figured that there was something about him that was mildly mysterious. She figured it had to be his position. He hadn't moved from that spot at all.
She left her cold balcony and the slightly chilly spring air. Smiling without reason, she headed about organizing her new apartment. The empty nature of it made it still have a new place kind of feel, but it was still her new home. For some reason, she had a feeling she'd really like it here.
"This is where I belong."
For some reason, saying those words made her happier.
